Livia Bitton-Jackson 

My name is Kelsie Klingenberg and I am a student at Nashville Community High School.  In our English IV Honors course we always do an outreach project for our Holocaust Unit.  This year we learned about individuals and spread their stories in various ways.  I chose one of my hobbies, designing, and made a website.  I chose Livia-Bitton Jackson because I had her book, I Have Lived a Thousand Years, since I was young and decided to read the book.  As I read the book I soon realized that this story was unique and should be told.  Livia-Bitton Jackson's story of strength and perseverance, as well as her lesson to never give up has insprired me and I hope it can insprire just one other person.
